MAKAVELIC offers free and easy Return / Exchange within 7 days after your receiving your purchase (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase). When you return, you will need to contact us the "Order Number" and “SF Express Delivery No.". Returns must be in their original condition. The goods must not be damaged, stained, changed or worn. Original labels, price tags and packaging must be kept intact.

* Note: We only accept return by SF Express. Returns made by other delivery provider (including normal post) will not be paid for by us.
Please contact us "Order number" and "SF Express Delivery No." after returning the goods. We will arrange a Full Refund immediately upon receipt of the return.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Unable to deliver Orders
Some orders will be due to the receipt of the address is unknown, PO Box, hotel address, delivery are no recipient, the recipient refused to pay taxes / refused to provide identity cards / failed to declare the goods or the recipient refused Parcel and other reasons to be returned.
When SF Express returns the package to us, the MAKAVELIC online store will charge the shipping costs and customs duties.

When you pick up the goods, and decide to return the goods. We will refund the money in cash.
