Products purchased at the regular price come with a one-year warranty. In the event of issues such as seam wear or damage to metal components during normal use, we will provide free product repairs. We only cover the repair costs for malfunctions or natural failures that occur during normal use.
If you wish to request a repair, please contact the purchasing store or reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide the following information:
- Product name or product number (found on the label inside the product)
- Detailed description of the repair request
- Purchase date
- If possible, please send photos of the repair area (send 2-3 close-up images and 2-3 full images).
Our representative will contact you within a few days to inform you whether the repair can be carried out.
Regarding damages or deterioration caused directly or indirectly by accidents, negligence, misuse, physical impact, poor maintenance, improper storage, disasters (human-made or natural), or intentional damage, we do not cover such damages. Additionally, fading or discoloration due to water exposure or sunlight is not covered under the warranty service.
